We imported all the materials from Europe which combines with our own patented Vertical Grinding Technology and Unique Corrosion-inhibiting Polishing process to guarantee the quality with high sharpness and cutting force.
Here goes the strength of our product for your reference.

• Material: All our knives are made on the precision stainless-steel strip directly, which is not subjected to steel structure serious deformation.
• Making Process:Unique technology gives the blade homogeneous micro-structure and very limited internal stress which can guarantee the puncture force ranged from 0.3N to 0.35N consistently and the sharpness(cutting force) ranged from 0.4N to 0.5N.
• Unique Corrosion-inhibiting Polishing Process: guarantee the uniform sharpness and matte surface of all knives.
• Special Vertical Grinding Technology: guarantee the grinding performance, the thickness of the blade is consistent without gradient changing and the incision is much more regular.
