I have pain in both knees due to mild osteoarthritis. The pain was interfering with my enjoyment of exercising regularly, so I decided to give knee braces a try. I find that I don't need continuous use. Wearing them the night before a run can significantly reduce knee pain. Plus, it gives off a nice, warm, soothing feel.

A couple of years ago a therapist helped with my plantar fasciitis foot and ankle. I mentioned the pain above my right knee because it was stopping me from playing golf.

I HAVE BEEN USING KNEESAVERS FOR OVER A YEAR NOW AND THEY ARE WONDERFUL. THE DAYS I KNOW I WILL BE ON MY FEET A LOT I ALWAYS USE THEM. THEY SEEM TO BE TIME RELEASED AND HOURS LATER WILL WARM BACK UP AND EASE KNEE PAIN. I SUGGEST ANYONE TRY THEM!
