2.Clench your nose and exhale forcefully.
3.Hold for 10 seconds
4.Then exhale sharply.
Repeat 24-36 times a day.

By holding your breath and squeezing your nose with your palm, it can unclog the deep circulation of the nose and lungs, thereby clearing blockages and garbage and improving nose health.

"1 month of 30 min daily routine
After 1 month of 4-5 times of exercice a week I start feeling a difference. I am 72 years old and medium fit. It took my body a few weeks to get adjusted to these new exercices of streching. So I slept poorly for about 3 weeks. Then I did the exercices every day and big surprise I sleep much better.
