I follow various yoga, meditation,tai chi, qi gong and other internet exercise sites, some free and others with a paid membership. While researching alternatives to add to my knowledge, I came across Master Zidong's presentation and was intrigued enough to sign on for several classes right away. I find myself using many of the moves, not only during a full session but at various times throughout the day. In addition. he publishes many Youtube videos and facebook "reels" with new techniques that I incorporate in my practice. You will not be disappointed in any of his offerings."
