I'm really want to share this topic in terms of support and locomotion. That's due to this is an essential for me and human being that need to carry out the physical movement in terms of mobility movement in a daily routine.
What is the importance of support and locomotion relates to a daily life routine?
The answer is support and locomotion consists of the section vertebrate, bones, tendon, muscle, ligament, tricep, bicep, transverse process, spinous process, atlas, appendix, scaritia nerve, inter veterbrate disk for supporting between the bones and reduce the friction between bone, and cartilage which provide the absorbing shock mechanism from the heavy movement of the bone that linked with the one completely skeleton system, muscular system and nervous system to make sure the upper limb and lower limb has a great movement in order to prevent the sudden pain from any parts of support physical movement part, to get right posture , and to consume an adequate source from food and water. In overall, the awareness of this topic and the knowledge that is applicable to the daily life routine can help to predict, measure, prevent, analyse, and understand what is the cause and the effects analysis occurs once there is an experience on this. The real fact is provided below:
Although l had made an exercise per day for warming up my body . While we need to know what is the effect of the physical movement in terms of way of exercise and types of exercise choose like aerobic respiration or anaerobic respiration. If there is keeping in the vigorous exercise in a looping / more frequently, then will caused by muscle is sudden of intense pain or even injured to the bone and nerve as well and the turn into over fatigue and died stage during oxygen-deficiency occurs . Do you hear this when we do an exercise under overloaded condition will be caused by even fatal? That is oxygen deficiency state occurs which there is a lot of oxygen debt around the muscle and unable to supply the oxygen to the blood turns into oxidation occurs in a blood content and accumulation of lactic acid in muscle area during over exercise.
