Monkeypox Virus Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (Fluorescent PCR)

Monkeypox is an infectious viral disease that can occur in humans and some other animals. Symptoms include fever, swollen lymph nodes, and a rash that forms blisters and then crusts over. The time from exposure to onset of symptoms ranges from 5-20 days. The duration of symptoms is typically 2-4 weeks. There may be mild symptoms, and it may occur without any symptoms being known. The classic presentation of fever and muscle pains,followed by swollen glands, with lesions all at the same stage, has not been found to be common to all outbreaks. The correlation between IgE detection and Allergic Conjunctivitis

The cause of allergic conjunctivitis is an allergic reaction of the body's immune system to an allergen. Allergic conjunctivitis is mainly mediated by type I and type IV allergic reaction.

Dust, dust mites, pollen and other substances contact with conjunctival mucosal tissue → Acquired, processed and presented to Th2 cells by Antigen-Presenting Cells (APC) such as Dendritic cells and Langerhans cells → Th2 cells recognize antigenic peptides → Th2 cells secrete cytokine, which stimulates B cells to secrete IgE antibodies → IgE antibodies bind to IgE FC receptors on the surface of mast cells to sensitize mast cells.
When the antigen contacts with the ocular tissue again, it binds to IgE on the surface of sensitized mast cells, which will trigger mast cell degranulation to release inflammatory mediators such as histamine, prostaglandins, and leukotrienes, causing acute eye itching and redness symptoms.
Mast cell degranulation also causes the activation of vascular endothelial cells, which secrete some chemokines and adhesion molecules, thereby causing inflammatory cells (including eosinophils, neutrophils, and T lymphocytes) to infiltrate the conjunctival tissue, thereby causing delayed type hypersensitivity
