High DPI doesn't mean high surface quality and resolution.
It depends on many factors, such as the powder you use.
In case the powder you use is D50 30microns, do you think using a 1200dpi (21.17microns) printhead to print binder into these powder bed, will it still hold the 1200dpi true?
Actually, almost half of particles are bigger than the droplets jetted on top of them. If we are doing this, it's just wasting dpi. You don't have to do like that.
So dear customers, if you choose a 3d printer, try to understand this use diversity of the printhead, avoid excessive pursuit of some parameters. The right is the best!
