In this sacred time away from normal routine, I have had time to reflect on what it means to be a physician. Hippocrates once said ‘Natural forces within us are the true healers of disease. ‘

While I wholeheartedly believe in western medicine, I also believe in healing the whole individual. All this to say - I am excited to share what I have learned in yoga teacher training, from dietary choices to physical strength, all about how to keep ourselves well to prevent and treat disease.
