I’ll never get used to moments like this 🥹🩷
Watching a woman come back home to her body, her energy, and her trust again.

When Debi came to me, these were some of the things she was navigating 👇
(constant fatigue, painful PMS, sugar cravings, blood sugar crashes, digestion issues, low immunity…)

Not because she wasn’t trying hard enough. But because her body was quietly (and sometimes loudly) holding her back.

And this is the part that matters to me most:

So many women know they’re meant for more.
More energy. More life. More freedom. More ambition.

But when your body isn’t on your side, even the biggest dreams start to feel heavy.

✨ Fast forward 3 months… And listening to Debi describe how she feels now reminds me why I do this work.
