Therapist:
Ms. Allie has been working as a Speech Language Pathologist for 25 years in community based, home care and clinics. She graduated University of Iowa with her undergraduate and University of Illinois with her Masters in Communication Disorders. During her graduate work and for the last 25 years she has worked passionately with children and their families to facilitate home routines and play experiences that encourage optimal feeding and communication growth for children. Her philosophy is that “play is truly the work of children and if they are not smiling they are not learning to their full potential”. Outside of work Allie stays busy enjoying time with her children, watching sports, hiking, gardening, kayaking, traveling, hanging out with her cats, dogs, degus, chickens, ducks and fostering kittens for Pet Refuge.
