Dumating dala Ang maiksing list Ng laboratory procedures nya at kung ano Ang diagnosis Ng kanyang Doctor. Umabot sa 1,350 Ang lahat Ng procedures nya.

Itinawag namin sa IMS, Ang result ay halos nagamit na lahat ni patient ang coverage amount nya at meron nalang PhP 200 na natitira. Kayat ginamit ang 200 para sa laboratory nya at 1,150 nalang ang binayaran ni mam. Gamit na gamit ang card and membership ni mam.

Si Happy Patient po ay accredited clinic ni IMS.

Meron kaming 3 patients na sinubok ginamit
ang kanilang IMS cards.

Patient 1:
Dumating nung December.
Laboratory costs nya ay 2,750.00
After na ma report Kay IMS at nireview ni IMS,
na approve sya.
So lahat Ng laboratory nya ay binayaran ni IMS. Walang binayaran si Patient.

Patient 2:
Dumating ng January
Laboratory cost ay 3,500.00
After ma report kay IMS, at nireview, na decline.
Reason: Wala pang 6 months na member si Patient kay IMS, para ma avail nya ang mga tests related to Pre Existing Conditions. Kailangan ay ma cover nya muna ang 6 months waiting period para ma cover ang mga test for Pre Existing Conditions. Ang pwede lang sa kanya na mga tests na babayaran ni IMS ay mga laboratory tests NOT FOR Pre Existing Conditions.

Patient 3:
Dumating February
Laboratory Costs ay 3,800.
After ma report Kay IMS at ma review ni IMS, approved sya. So Walang binayaran si patient.

Sa mga members ni IMS, gamitin nyo po ang card nyo po at sayang po ang binabayaran ninyo taon-taon.

Ito po ay paalala at education din sa mga hindi pa nakakaalam sa benefits ng HMO.
