What do you appreciate today? Can you find even more than yesterday? I invite you to challenge yourself this week to create your own “Rampage of Appreciation!” People who’ve experienced trauma might have difficulty with this. Give yourself grace. I was once there too. Start small - list 1-3 things, and just notice how it feels.
