You should at least plan 3 hours. We start with setting an intention for the Lomi Lomi Nui. Usually that is something you want to let go of, something you want to forgive or a relationship you want to bring into alignment. One of the huna (philosophy of ancient Hawaiian) principles will guide you throught the process. Then a massage of 120 minutes: full body runs, moments of deep work, moves and strokes that make you feel very good and relaxed on a very profound level. Accompanied by Hawaiian music, in the atmosphere of lightness, joyfulness and trust. That is the ALOHA spirit. We close with throwing a sheet over your whole body, including the face. I will tuck it away slowly towards your head. That is the moment to leave behind what needs to be left behind and to connect to the power of your authentic self.
