Happy March Soul Fam! It has been a hot minute since the last episode! I spent the past two months in Costa Rica and Mexico and it was so expanding! I will share more on that journey on a future episode but if you know me, I start my day with breath work everyday and during my travels I didn’t skip a beat! I was so grateful to of had a sneak peak with this new app called OTHERSHIP.⁣

Othership is a brand new breath work app- its like NETFLIX for breathing. If you are new to breath work, I definitely reccomend giving this app a try. It is super user friendly and I know it will put you into an elevated state once you have finished a session!⁣

On this episode, I chat with Amanda- one of the apps 5 Canadian co-founders (Yes, this app is Canadian, all the more reason to love it!) and we discuss Amanda’s background in Prada, the story how the app was created, their brick and mortar business that inspired the app and everything in-between! One of their visions: instead of going out to a bar to socialize, people use this app together to breath and connect on a deeper level! Now that is a vision I can get behind!⁣
