What one day will you look smiling? and If I tell you, you need this, every cry, every void, every time you start again, because with it, you are a little more conscious, more capable, more experienced. love your beast and your light, tell your fear that you understand it, but that you do not need it, that it is not alone, that other feelings accompany it but it does not let you speak, tell it you do not need it, but that fear is part of you and you accept it. ✨🙏🏼¿Y sí te digo que todo cambiará? ¿que un día mirarás sonrriendo? y sí te digo, que necestias esto, cada llanto, cada vacío, cada volver a empezar , por que con tu dolor, eres un poco más consciente, más capaz, más experimentada.
Ama a tu bestia y a tu luz, dile a tu miedo que lo entiendes, pero que no lo necesitas, que no está solo, que otros sentimientos lo acompañan pero que no los deja hablar, dile que no lo necesitas, pero que forma parte de tí y lo aceptas.
No eres tus grandes pensamientos ni tus grandes conclusiones, eres tus actos en el eterno presente, cuídalos, y se consciente de tus pensamientos, sentimientos y palabras, solo así, podrás cambiarlos.🙏🏼✨🌼 Om namah shivaya 🌼

They are just words in the mind. .🌅Today, roots come from my feet, roots deeper than the sea, that anchor me to the present, to the sun, to water, to the air, to life🌅.🌙¿En que momento alguien está curado? Que difícil es cambiar un patrón mental que ni recuerdas cuando empezó. .🌙¿Por que el miedo a cometer el mismo error si hoy es una nueva oportunidad? Sí tus recuerdos no valen más que un sueño, ¿por que darle tanta importancia como para que afecte a nuestro presente ? No son más que palabras en la mente. .🌅Hoy, salen raíces de mis pies, raíces más profundas que el mar, que me anclan al presente, al sol, al agua, al aire, a la vida🌅.

👇Español abajo👇🌙 Being present, most of the time, we are thinking about something that has happened to us, something that we have been told, something we had felt, or something we want to do, always planning a future. Most of the time we are not aware of what we are experiencing.
I propose a day of full consciousness, in our body movements, in our gestures, in our breathing, and of course, in what we are thinking, without judging it, simply listening to our mind being conscious, we will deeply feel each of our emotions, only this way, we can discover all our potential, because we are full beings, let's stop looking outside what we have inside🌙
🌙Estar presente, la mayoría del tiempo, estamos pensando el algo que nos ha ocurrido, algo que nos han dicho, algo que habíamos sentido, o bien en algo que queremos hacer, siempre planificando un futuro. La mayoría del tiempo no somos conscientes de lo que estamos viviendo.
Os propongo un día de conciencia plena, en nuestros movimientos corporales, en nuestros gestos, en nuestra respiración, y por supuesto, en lo que estamos pensando, sin juzgarlo, simplemente escuchar nuestra mente siendo conscientes, vamos a sentir con profundidad cada una de nuestras emociones, solo así, podemos descubrir todo nuestro potencial, por que somos seres plenos, dejemos de buscar fuera lo que tenemos dentro.🌙

.🌙.The body that I feel, this body that learned to walk, to feel, smell, see, hear, touch ... to laugh. You who have accompanied me in each of my actions, and me always forgetting about you, and that it hurt you. I can see some of my mistakes reflected in you, they remind me of everything that has been overcome. .🙏🏼Thank you, for being my temple, for allowing me to discover who I am. Today, I'm just going to take care of you, because we have a long way to go, and I only have you.🌙 El cuerpo que habito, este cuerpo que aprendió a andar, a sentir, oler, ver, escuchar, tocar... a reir.
Tú que me has acompañado en cada uno de mis actos, siempre olvidándome de ti, y de que te hacía daño. Puedo ver algunos de mis errores reflejados en tí, me recuerdan todo lo superado. .🙏🏼Gracias, por ser mi templo, por permitirme descubrir quien soy. Hoy, solo voy a cuidarte, por que nos queda mucho camino juntos, y solo te tengo a tí.
