The 12 Days of Christmas Yoga Challenge returns to Rogers City!

Starting December 12, join Brittany at Loftara Yoga Studio for the annual 12 Days of Christmas Yoga Challenge - 12 days of yoga designed to help you find peace, strength, and presence during the most chaotic time of the year.

What you need to know:
-Accessible for all levels: whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, props and variations make every class adaptable.

-Join for only $85 - that’s access to all 12 classes plus unlimited Loftara classes for the whole month of December! Drop-ins are welcome if space permits.

-The challenge runs evenings @ 7:30 December 12–23 (10am on Saturdays)

Challenge participants will receive:

What a beautiful summer. Tonight was the official wrap up of our Summer Workshop Series and with very full hearts, we wanted to thank each and every one of you for joining us and allowing us to get to know you. A special thank you to our event cohosts who shared their skills and passions with us and our community.

From kids yoga, to flying in aerial hammocks, to nature walks and more, we have had a blast.

This is truly a beautiful part of the world and we are so grateful for the time we spent here with all of you. Until next time, friends✨💗

A Gentle Reminder

Sarah Altman-Bedford read us this passage at the end of our amazingly perfect ephemeral art walk. The day was warm, with a breeze, and an incredible golden glow resting gently on the lake. The woods smelled the way you remember it smelling all throughout your childhood, growing up in Northern Michigan. Dry like summer, but the pine trees still giving off a tang of winter. A nearly silent walk through the woods while we meditated, found the objects that said "yes" to us, and breathed in and out with the woods.

Sarah said that this passage made her think of Joy Et Mare's mission, and I, a chronic crier, immediately teared up under my sunglasses as she read. It was beautiful, and perfect, and to hear it come from someone whose voice and thoughts I respect and admire so very much meant everything to me. Sarah has always been someone I look up to, from a very young age. Not just for her good energy (but very that, too), but her ability to quietly point out things that are worth looking at again, hearing again, thinking about again. It's like she has a superpower that highlights the magic things in life, and she shares it with people to enrich their lives.

She was the perfect person to lead us on this walk, and it was one of the absolute highlights of my summer ❤️ thank you, Sarah and all who joined us this journey. It was a wonderful night, and a magical experience.
