You can know how to sequence. You can know the poses.

One full week together ✨

This group of humans showed up with open hearts, curiosity, courage and a willingness to learn, explore and grow together.

In just seven days…..the friendships, trust, deep conversations, laughter, support, honesty, and the personal breakthroughs have been beyond anything Iwe could have imagined.

We are so proud of every single one of these souls and grateful for the way this space continues to unfold. These beauties are showing up with such clarity, purpose, compassion and devotion on their path.

We are enjoying every minute of this journey, and we are just getting started.

Have you been feeling the pull? The quiet whisper to go deeper, to slow down, to learn more about yourself and the practice that’s been calling you back home.

This isn’t just another yoga teacher training.
It’s a reset. A reminder of who you are beneath the noise and all the roles you hold.

Over 23 days in Playa Sámara, Costa Rica, we dive into yoga as a whole system of living - not just movement, but the inner work that transforms how you show up for yourself and others.

You’ll study:
