Thrive Abroad: Expat Moms’ Wellness Coaching Hub As an expat, I help expat mums navigate transitions, foster resilience and live thriving life abroad

My name is Andrea Howells, and I provide assistance to women from diverse nationalities and cultures undergoing transitional phases in their lives. These transitions may include moving between countries, raising bilingual or cross-cultural children, searching for new personal or professional meanings, or trying to connect and adapt to different cultures. Most of the women I support are expatriates, seeking to create a meaningful experience throughout their journey abroad. My goal is to help women achieve their potential, promote personal growth, and professional development while adjusting to their new country. Over a decade ago, I made the tough decision to leave my job as a financial coordinator to focus on raising my child and support my husband's demanding career. During this time, I decided to pursue my passion for health and wellbeing and became a certified coach in nutrition and wellness. I've since helped hundreds of women achieve their health and fitness goals, but I wanted to do more. I wanted to support women who, like myself, were living in a different culture, somewhere in between their home country and their new host country - the so-called "third culture." For nearly a quarter of a century, I've lived in various countries around the world. Moving to different countries, continents, and cultures has come with its fair share of challenges and setbacks, and I've had to start anew with each move. From building new friendships and finding the right school for my daughter to learning new languages and developing professional networks, every move required a fresh start. Despite the many privileges of expat life, such as exploring exotic locales and meeting new people, I wanted to give my experiences a deeper meaning and help other women navigate the day-to-day challenges of expat life, in addition to achieving their optimal nutrition, health, and wellness goals.

✨I have been talking a lot about mindset lately as I currently work with a couple of clients who are working very hard on challenging their negative thoughts and limiting self-beliefs and reframing their outlook on life✨

👇

If your limiting beliefs and negative thoughts are keeping you away from personal growth and development try the following 5 steps below
👇
1) Focus on believing you can grow and develop with effort and practice instead of dwelling on what you can’t do
2) Pay more attention to good things in your life instead of beating yourself up about the ones which didn’t work out
3) Strive to remain open minded by looking into different perspectives, challenge your own beliefs
4) Look for innovative solutions, embrace curiosity and reimagine different possibilities
5) Trust in your own abilities and remain resilient in the face of challenges

🌟 Boosting metabolism in your 40s made simple! 🚺✨ Try these 3 easy steps:
1️⃣ Strength Training: Incorporate resistance exercises to build muscle and rev up your metabolism. 💪
2️⃣ Increase your Activity: Include sports, walking or just playing with your kids in your free time and focus on having fun 🤩 instead of seeing the activity as another chore..
3️⃣ Prioritize Protein: Fuel your body with protein-rich foods to support muscle maintenance and the calorie-burning process. 🥩 Protein will help you feel fuller for longer and contribute to bone density and hormonal regulation. Focus on a balanced diet and reduce processed foods.
👇
Small changes, big impact! Let’s conquer metabolism together! 🌟
Let’s embrace this stage by prioritizing nutrition and exercise to stay strong, vibrant, and resilient! 🌟💃

🎉 Embrace the Imperfections! 🙌

I used to spend ages taking the ‘PERFECT SELFIE’ only to realise that I was never really happy with any of them, always finding a fault…

🌟 Perfectionism can be like chasing a unicorn 🦄 - elusive and exhausting! Instead, let's celebrate the beauty of imperfection! Life is full of quirky surprises, messy moments, and unexpected adventures. 🎈

🤪 So why not dance to the rhythm of your own "not-so-perfect" beat and laugh at life's little mishaps? 😂💃

🌈 Remember, it's the imperfections that make us unique and add color to our journey! 💕✨ 🌟

My Story

Andrea Howells, the founder of Fitworx 360 has been in fitness industry for over 6 years providing coaching and designing nutrition programs for women of all ages, shapes and sizes whilst building a happy clientele with a lot of success stories.

“ After leaving my job as a financial coordinator when my daughter was born, I started to focus on my personal wellness and fitness and I have decided to take a leap into something new, something I was really passionate about my whole life but was too afraid to try because I was scared of failure. However, while being on maternity leave enjoying my time with my daughter and focusing on my health and fitness, I finally realised that if I want to follow my dream it has to be me who takes charge and makes changes in my own life so I can do the things I really love. After drawing on all of my courage, and with the help and support of my amazing husband, I have finally completed all of my fitness qualifications and started my new carrier as a personal trainer - and I never looked back.

To broaden her knowledge and increase her experience Andrea then went on to study Pilates and completed different fitness qualifications including Diploma in Nutrition Studies. Having worked for different fitness companies including Detox-Fit, the biggest mobile PT company in London, Andrea have decided to take a risk and start her own Personal Training business.

“After a few struggles and some ups and downs Fitworx360 has been born and I started to focus my attention on helping real women to lead healthier and happier lifestyle. As a Precision Nutrition qualified coach I have been coaching various clients and helping them to achieve what they thought is not possible and beyond their capabilities.”
