A way to embrace your inner wisdom! 🫶🏼
Each human has an inner clock - the circadian rhythm - which regulates and coordinates a wide range of biological processes and behaviors within the body, including sleep patterns, hormone secretion, body temperature and metabolism. This clock works in alignment with the 24-hour day-night cycle 🌞🌙
Women have a second internal clock: the menstrual cycle. We can choose to ignore it & ultimately work against ourselves, which most likely will make us feel out of touch with ourselves, low in energy and simply unwell… 😵💫 OR we can choose to understand it, work with it & use it as a tool to unlock our true potential! 🗝️
