A Message From the In-Between

We’ve been sitting with something for quite a while that we want to share — because we know we’re not the only ones.

There are a few strange, quiet moments in life when you’re no longer who you were, but not yet who you’re going to be. That in-between space where the old version of you has fallen away, but the new one hasn’t landed yet.

We’re in that space. Some of it is personal — letting go of relationships, roles, old patterns. Some of it feels collective — like the world is also between stories. And all of it asks for patience, and softness, and the ability to stay present without answers.

Maybe you’re there as well. Maybe you’re moving through something invisible and important. And if so: You are not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. It’s not a failure to move on fast enough. It’s a sign that something is shifting deeply — that you are closer to the new than ever before.

It can feel vulnerable, unsettling, unclear. Like walking through fog with only a faint sense that something is shifting inside you — and that the old ways no longer fit. It’s not always easy to name what’s happening, let alone share it with others.

These transitions — as messy and uncertain as they are — carry immense power. They matter. Not just for us, but for the field we’re part of. What we live through influences the collective.

We see you. We feel the thread that connects us. So this is just a soft reminder: honour the place you’re in — even if it has no name yet.

“I just went to Uvita waterfall before going to the airport, so beautiful! Wanted to say thank you for such a beautiful few days in your incredible home. I felt so safe and welcomed and to say the whole experience was healing is an understatement, I feel like each day a new flurry of emotions and epiphanies are coming my way. Somethings opened up and it feels great. So thank you to you both. Hope the next retreat in Nosara is beautiful, please say hello to guido. I feel sorry for them that they won’t be able to eat at Infinity Kitchen!! And Keep in touch ☀️❤️✨”.
