Join the Curaçao Dialysis Center (CDC) as our Head Dialysis Nurse and lead a dedicated team delivering high-quality dialysis care! This leadership role focuses on coordination, coaching, and ensuring top-notch patient care—with occasional direct patient interaction.
✅ What we’re looking for:
• Leadership experience in healthcare (3+ years)
• Diploma MBO-V/HBO-V, preferably with post-graduate Dialysis Nursing
• Knowledge of nephrology, dialysis techniques & regulations
• Familiarity with Caribbean culture; Papiamentu is a plus
