"Painful, tense, sore, unable to move my neck" does this resonate with you?

Many customers come to me with neck and head issues such as;
- Headaches or Migraines
- Jaw Pain or Neck Pain
- Unable to move their neck from side to side
- Unable to move their head at all
- Trapped Nerves
- and many other problems

These issues may arise owing to muscular tension, postural habits, injury, or temperature changes causing the body to react and in turn create pain and tension.

Massage can help to alleviate these issues/problems by manipulating the muscles, soft and connecting tissues of the neck and head, through stroking, kneading and stretching.

An experienced and trained massage professional may also apply therapeutic massage to treat the problem. This type of massage
is slightly different and is more specific, targeting the problem and relieving the tension and blockages in the neck / head, giving a greater pain relief.

Although each customers issues is different some most customers find a difference within 1 - 3 sessions, for others it may take longer.
