🩵 For whom is the cold plunge or cold tub? Cold water therapy is mainly meant for healthy adults only. Athletes use ice baths after or before their workout, but it can also be used by non-athletes who want to do good to their bodies and enjoy the health benefits that come along with immersing yourself in cold / chilled water.
It is not advised to have kids doing cold water therapy as their developing bodies make them more vulnerable to extreme conditions.
