I’m not your ‘typical yogi’ and my classes reflect that.

✨ I believe yoga is for every body, so I teach gentle and accessible flows.
✨ I never say “if you can’t do this”—instead, I offer variations and let you choose what feels good.
✨ Breaks are always welcome (Child’s Pose? Yes, please).
✨ Props are your best friend, and I encourage using them!
✨ And most importantly—I love keeping things lighthearted and fun.

We all step onto the mat for different reasons. My goal? To give you a space where you feel good—without pressure, without comparison, just movement, breath, and presence. 🌿
