Three main energy centers are connected to each other by an energy channel. This channel runs along the spine. (Important: Keep your spine as straight as possible so that energy can flow freely, and so that you can receive strength, self-confidence, and safety.)
Navel Center
Here is stored the strength that you absorb through food and the strength that you extract from the earth. If this center is strong and charged, it can maintain and strengthen your health. It is like a big storage. From here, distribution to other centers follows.
Heart Center
The most important center is located in the middle of the chest, at the level of the physical heart. Love is stored here. Light emanates from the heart, and the soul resides here.
Forehead Center. Third Eye
This center is located in the middle of the forehead. Your mental power lies here. Your willpower. This is a center of mystical experience. Your ability to imagine something and make that image manifest in reality rests here. It is the manifestation of your will. Through the third eye, with enough practice, you can perceive energies, obtain insight, remote viewing, and see the future, as well as gain the ability to see spirits. It is the intersection of the physical and spiritual worlds.
Each nation has its nonessential differences, but the essence of these systems is the same for all.
