Communication basics you need to know to help you
‘’Speak with Confidence and Sound Natural!’’

🗣️ Speak with confidence. Sound natural!!

But first, understand this 👇

❓When you hear someone speak…
what happens inside you first?

Do you think… or do you feel?

🧐 Here’s what actually happens:

1️⃣ You understand
Your brain processes meaning.
Words → logic → clarity

This is your thinking system.

2️⃣ Then you feel
Emotion follows understanding.
Curiosity, interest, excitement… or even discomfort.

This is your emotional system.

So far, everything is natural.

💣 But here’s where things go wrong:
Between thinking and feeling…
a third voice appears.

The one that says:
“Am I saying this right?”
“What if I sound stupid?”
“Wait… think again…”

That’s where the break happens….

❌ You start overthinking
❌ You delay your response
❌ You interrupt your natural flow

And suddenly…

➡️ You hesitate
➡️ You lose your words
➡️ You feel stuck

The result?

You don’t sound like yourself.

And in high-pressure moments…

❌ You underperform in exams (like IELTS)
❌ You struggle to express your ideas
❌ You lose confidence mid-sentence

After many wonderful years helping women through fitness and weight-loss coaching, I’m stepping into a path that has always been a part of me — teaching children through creativity, movement, and imagination.

I’m excited to share that I’m now teaching English online as a TEFL educator, bringing together my background in drama, dance, performance, and many years of teaching children.
My lessons are playful, expressive, and full of storytelling, movement, and laughter — the way children naturally love to learn! 🎈🎈🎈

𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝! Staying hydrated throughout the whole day, every day, is VITAL and here's why many fail to do this and fall into a drought trap ...

Signs of hunger and thirst are exactly the same

and because eating is a lot more 'enjoyable' than drinking water
we choose to eat instead of drinking water!

Especially as we age
these 'confused' signals become even more dominant!

So, if you want to have good health and have a slim body
STAY HYDRATED!

“𝐍𝐨 𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐧, 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐆𝐚𝐢𝐧”
Heard of the saying: “no pain, no gain” zillion times but, is this really the best approach to your fitness workouts? I say no, and I’ll explain why.

🤸‍♀️Firstly, you have to learn to distinguish if you’re feeling muscle/joint pain or whether you are feeling muscle/joint-awakeness. This difference can save you unnecessary aches and simultaneously boost your workouts!

🧘‍♀️The Difference Between Pain and Awakeness
During your Workout, you want to consider how your body ‘feels’ at that exact moment, and, how it reacts to what you're putting it through.

🚴‍♀️You should feel challenged but not drained, meaning you should be able to keep a balanced consistency right up until the end with the feeling of ‘peakness’ as a finale!

🚶‍♀️If, on the other hand, you feel that you're slowing down instead of ‘climbing’, you strain your muscles and joints and burning out will result!

🏃‍♀️You'll experience nasty pains the day after and, even worse, you'll feel the aches 2-3 days later. When you feel nasty aches that prevent you from doing your usual daily activities, this becomes a setback as your body will need to rest and recover!

💃Monitor the intensity!
“No Pain, Only Gain” is the way to exercise if you want safe and... long-lasting results!

✅ Exercise with the intent of 'No Pain, only Gain!'
This is exactly what I preach -
❌ Don't go over your edge and stop believing that "No Pain, is No Gain!'
Life can be challenging as it is, so why would you deliberately choose to add more hardship to your workouts when you can gain even more, by working out with safety - proper technique - and pleasure all combined!?
