My story
In 2009, I was over weight, unhappy, constantly feeling tired and desperate to change my life for the better but so tired of constantly trying and getting no results . I gave Cambridge Weight Plan a go and have never looked back since. Not only did I reach my target weight quickly and easily, but I also regained my confidence and happiness. I felt amazing!!! I then wanted to train and become a consultant myself to help others reach their goals too. It is the most amazing job and such a privilage to be able to guide people through their weight loss journies. I count myself very lucky.
