Before we fully move forward, we want to pause for a moment. ⏳

📍 64 market days across Cyprus meant more than sales. It meant learning. It meant people stopping, tasting, questioning, returning, and trusting what we do.

Some of you first met Fire Alchemy in early 2025.
Some found us halfway through the year.
Many kept coming back. 🤍

That matters to us.

We listened to what you liked. 👂
We changed what needed improving. 🔧

This is how fermentation works too, small adjustments, patient waiting, steady improvement. 🌱

Happy New Year 2026 🌶️

2025 was intense, but rewarding.

The Fire Alchemy team spent 64 days across different markets 😵‍💫, setting up stalls, opening jars, and sharing what we do best, fermented and preserved chilli products, fermented vegetables, and small treats made with care and love.

Every market day meant conversations, feedback, returning faces, and new ones. Our customers feel gratitude for every jar, and we feel gratitude for every customer. 🙏

Now we step into 2026 with momentum. 🥂🍾

𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶 𝘀𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗲!!

Our Red Jalapeño sauce is for when you want flavour first, heat second.

It’s naturally fermented, raw and unpasteurised. As the jalapeños ferment, their sharp edges soften. You get an easy, steady warmth with bright tang and a bit of savoury depth; not a "𝘣𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘰𝘧𝘧" moment.

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮: hot spaghetti, olive oil, crushed garlic and a spoon of Red Jalapeño. Add a little pasta water so it coats the strands, then finish with black pepper and any herbs you have.

The same bottle works on roasted vegetables, eggs, grain bowls or a cheese toastie when you cannot face a long recipe.
