Often, what they really need is better recovery.
When the nervous system stays in alert mode for too long, energy declines, even if you rest.

Recovery is a physiological process. 🍃
And it can be trained.

A patient called me today and said:

“I wake up at night sweating… during the day my body feels stiff, my joints keep cracking… but my blood tests are normal. What’s wrong with me?”

And I told him:

Nothing is wrong with you.

This doesn’t always mean disease.
Sometimes, it means your nervous system is stuck in fight-or-flight mode — like the danger is always on.

When that happens:
• Your muscles stay tight
• You sweat more
• Your sleep becomes lighter
• You start feeling strange sensations in your body

Even when your tests look completely normal.

Your body is not broken.
It’s overprotecting you.

The work we do isn’t about chasing symptoms —
it’s about helping your nervous system shift from survival mode back to safety.

So don’t panic.
Your body is trying to help… we just need to teach it how to feel safe again 🙌🏼
