By this measure you know whether someone is loving you or fearing you. Do not look to what they say. Look to what they do.

Judgment is never a product of love. In creating an illusory world, we have produced societies in which judgment is not only accepted but expected. We have even created an entire system of what we call 'justice' around this idea that someone else can judge us to be 'guilty' or 'innocent'.
If we understand that no one does anything inappropriate, given their model of the world, we find truth as guilt and fear are the only enemies of mankind.

Recognize the beliefs you acquired from your parents and consciously decide if you want to keep them. Forgive yourself the expectations you have from your parents. Realize that they did the best they knew how. They have been role-models that were perfect for you to have earlier in your life, leading you to the appropriate lessons and growth you needed to achieve more of your potential. You can release any of those old programs and beliefs that no longer serve you, choosing your own operating principles.

The kind of love that is born in you does not has degrees or strings attached. One person is no more worthy or unworthy in your unconditional love as love can only exist between equals. Love is not compromised by fear, it ends your experience of the conditional world, creating a larger reality through mutual trust. Judgment falls away and acceptance rules.

What does it mean to trust? It means to have such inner knowing that your thoughts create your world, to simply be quite certain, with divine nonchalance and inner knowing, that if you think something, it is. Once you get it and begin to live it, you begin to change your lives. Knowing that everything that happens reflects a believe that you have. You must be the change you wish to see in the world.
