How many people have read self-help books?
How many changed their lives after reading it?

We can educate the conscious mind and it's very bright and smart and creative. But we forget about our subconscious mind. Reading and educating doesn't really work on the level of subconsciousness. It is not creative and it doesn't learn like our conscious mind does.
Your unconscious mind is the one that is rigid, regimented and instinctive. It runs your life 90% of the time. You need to rewrite the subconscious.
It learns like this:
1. First 7 years your brain is in Theta wave which is hypnosis. So in your childhood you didn't even had consciousness, critical part of the brain, you just absorbed information from outside as your own. You were like video camera just by recording. So hypnosis is the easiest and most natural way for reprogramming your mind, you can buy subliminal tapes and listen at night. Theta vibration is below Alpha, which is a consciousness state, and before the Delta which is sleep. As you go to sleep the brain vibrations slow down and Theta comes up first on the edge of Delta. So you come into that special vibration that allows you to absorb those messages, to imprint what you want and become the part of subconscious programming.
2. After the age of 7, the subconscious mind learns by repetition. You had to practice and repeat over and over again. Time tables, alphabet etc. By repeating you create a habit and what you repeat enough automatically becomes a program. You don't have to think about how to walk - it's a program. Same with driving a car - first you were overwhelmed by people, noises, pedals, lights, mirrors. Now you don't even think about it, you can even put your make up on while driving. Sometimes you get involved into conversation with a passenger and when you wake up you don't even realize how you got to your destination. Your conscious mind was busy focusing on conversation while your subconscious mind was driving a car. If you practice long enough it becomes your natural behavior.
3. Believe change modifications or energy psychology approach implies you can rewrite subconscious beliefs in 5-10 min. It finds the record button and once you push this button you can download any information like in infancy. First you need to find out what are those programs that control you. Your life is a printout of your subconscious programming. You don't need to go back in time and figure out who said what and why. It makes things worse because you re-live bad experiences each time. You need to look at now and see where you are right now and what is missing in your life. Things that you really want and struggle to get reflect that you don't have a belief program that supports your desire. On the opposite, you have a program that is antagonistic to your goal. Good news though is that you can rewrite it.

Working with your mind is like working with your body. You can't expect to become fit and strong by going to the gym once a year, same you can't expect any positive shift in your mind without consistent work. If you want to build big muscles you have to work-out at least 3 times per week for at least a year and better for all your life. Same thing with the mental muscles – work out your mental muscles repetitively and consistently. This is the only way to ensure a long lasting subconscious mind shifting.

Emotions is the mind's fuel

Another important part of successful performance is the fuel that you feed your mind with.
The biggest illusion we have in life about why we can't achieve something is that we start to believe that we are lacking adequate resources. I don't have enough money / time / people / education etc.
While any of these can be true there has certainly been something in your life when these factors didn't stop you from pursuing what you wanted. You found a way.
When the goal is so attractive and you are focused enough, flexible and determined, you get it no matter what.
The truth is that resources are not a problem. The real problem is a lack of resourcefulness and the ultimate resource is human emotion. Human emotion is how we access the resources we need. We tend to forget this because we operate in thinking world and we learn to figure things out by analyzing and doing. And if we reach a point where it seems like we can't come up with a solution that's when the illusion of failure keeps us from reaching our goals. But in reality, if we feel strongly about something, no amount of time or perceived lack of resources would keep us from achieving what we desire.
The mind needs fuel. It operates differently when you are passionate about something than when you are frustrated, angry or bored. Your mind wire itself differently when you are eager, enthusiastic, inspired. Like there is a real purpose behind your goals.
Change the fuel that drives your mind and you change the experience of anything you are trying to accomplish. We are resourceful or unresoucefull based on habit of emotions that we use more often.
Realize that you are in control of the fuel that directs your thoughts and actions.

In order to get the right fuel you need to follow these patterns:

Physiology. Emotion is created by motion. Whatever you are feeling right now is related to how you are using your body. If you feel down and sad instead of laying on the couch and feeling sorry for yourself you need to get up and move your body - dance, jump, exercise, walk. That's how you're going to plant the seed of happiness with every step .
Your focus and beliefs. Whatever you focus on is what you are going to feel whether it's true or not.
Your language. Thinking is nothing more than mentally asking and answering a series of questions. Eliminate any habitual question that doesn’t serve you. The question «what's wrong with me” doesn't serve you, it brings your focus to negative things in your life. Ask yourself instead the question that will serve you, like “how can I change this“, and that will focus your attention on finding new resources and ways of getting closer to your goal.
Pay attention to the words you repeat to yourself. Certain words can change the way you feel: you are mistaken /you are wrong /you are lying.
Use incantations: when you repeat a phrase with enough emotional intensity you start believing it.

Get into habit of evaluating your triad - your body, focus and language - when you use them correctly you can create any emotions in your body.

Her qualifications include bachelor of social psychology and master level certification in:
- Life coaching
- Neurolinguistic programming (NLP)
- Hypnosis
- Time line therapy
- Health coaching
- Fitness & nutrition coach

Aside from that Elena is a wife and happy mother of 2. Originally from Russia, she has lived Australia, Europe, Asia and United States and experienced cultural differences across those countries while recognising that the mind and soul remains the same. Another thing worth mentioning is her own success with goal setting and achieving the desired result: from overweight Elena had come up to a competitive bodybuilder body standart (becoming a nutritionist and fitness coach on the way), now being in a state of living a fit and healthy life with no extremes.
