ESSENS PARFÜMS UND KÖRPERKOSMETIK
ESSENS Parfüms werden mit dem Schwerpunkt auf der höchstmöglichen Qualität hergestellt. Unsere Produktion ist nach GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), ISO 9001-2008 zertifiziert und wird nach den strengsten Vorschriften und Standards der Europäischen Union ständig überprüft. Wir garantieren, dass jedes Parfümprodukt mindestens 20% der Duftessenzen (ätherischen Öle) enthält, die ausschließlich von der Firma SELUZ bereitgestellt werden, einem der führenden Hersteller von Handelsmarken. Dies garantiert eine geschätzte Position bei den Eliten unter den Parfüms.
Wir möchten Ihnen eine vereinfachte Beschreibung des Herstellungsprozesses vorstellen. Aromatische Essenzen von höchster Qualität, die ausschließlich aus natürlichen Quellen hergestellt werden, werden zunächst mit einem reinen Parfümeuralkohol gemischt. Aus diesem Grund unterscheiden wir uns von den meisten anderen Parfümherstellern, weil diese verpflichtet sind, den Alkohol mit Chemikalien zu denaturieren, was sich negativ auf das Endprodukt auswirken kann. Die endgültige Mischung wird auf eine Temperatur von -7ºC abgekühlt und danach filtriert. In diesem Schritt verwendete Filter haben eine Bewertung von 10 Mikrometern. Das Parfüm wird dann mindestens 8 Wochen in Edelstahltanks gelagert, wo es reift, damit die Essenz an Intensität gewinnt. Das reife Parfüm wird dann in Flakons gefüllt und durch einen Luftstrom gereinigt, der von italienischen Meistern in der renommierten Glaswerkstatt erzeugt wurde. Zuletzt wird das gesamte Produkt in einer Box verpackt, die mit klarem Design gestaltet ist. Alle Herstellungsschritte unterliegen einer kontinuierlichen Kontrolle und für die Herstellung werden nur Materialien von bester Qualität verwendet.
