Next week we are sharing something that sits at the heart of everything ReTribe does.
The Tough Through Tender programme, created by sports psychologist Dr. Misia Gervis, is a framework built around eight pillars that work together to help you get to know yourself more deeply, build better relationships with the people around you, and unblock the kind of human performance that no training manual has ever been able to reach.
Because when we remember our humanness, when we do the real work of understanding who we are and what we carry, we start to tap into power sources that have been dormant for years. Sometimes for a lifetime.
Four tough. Four tender. All of them connected. All of them working together to create the balance that most of us were never taught to find.
We will be walking through each pairing over the coming weeks, what they mean, how they work in practice, and why together they change everything.
