Prof Valencia is an ICREA Research Professor and Director of the Life Sciences Department at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center - Centro Nacional de Supercomputación. With ground-breaking contributions to computational biology, including biological text mining, disease networks, and digital twins, his work drives innovations in research and cancer modelling.
