anyone has to be always welcome back, if my manager lost the employe its so sad, and mostly mystake of unprofessional leadrship. To fired anybody is drama. Thats kind of serious colaps of system, unless there is not help, but hope and TRUST always gonna win, together with pation. I do not like to fire people at all. Because that sign I am kind of fired myself, I am loosing treasure of mine

Office has been slightly settle, we going also with our activities on Romania and Holand branch, just small cashflow trouble, because my prior employr is kind of unknow so I have to fight with him for my paymant, and now Iam out of material.
