Yoga Europa I offer and have been running distinguished Yoga Alliance Teacher Trainings since 2006.

Additionally I expertly work 1:1 on pain management and injuries with women, specifically mothers, athletes, professionals and seniors. I'm an English speaking Yoga therapist and certified Yoga Alliance teacher trainer & educator. For people aspiring to be yoga instructors, I offer tantalizing teacher trainings... a 200-HR Yoga Alliance Essential Evolution Teacher Training in Prague, Autumn 2017 and a 500-HR Yoga Alliance Advanced Evolution Teacher Training in Hawaii, Autumn, 2018.
