Sauna Skillers Passionate sauna masters who know successes and mistakes. We teach with humor, empathy, and a passion for making learning enjoyable.

Our mission is to share our knowledge in a safe, supportive space where mistakes are seen as opportunities. We offer a wide range of training: from basic skills for sauna practitioners to advanced techniques like towel waving, sauna theater, and acting. We also teach teamwork, working with DMX lighting, and music editing. You can also book us for various events or hire us as freelancers. We provide everything from relaxing herbal aufguss treatments to freestyle and grand sauna theater.
