COVID VACCINATION
COVID-19 VACCINE RESERVATION OPTION NOT YET AVAILABLE AT OUR PRACTICE
At present, we are not able to provide the vaccine against covid-19 to our patients, nor do we offer the option to book an appointment or reserve the vaccine. In accordance with the current vaccination strategy in the Czech republic, vaccination against covid-19 now takes place only in selected state-run health care facilities and is limited to selected target groups.

At this moment, we are not able to provide you with more information neither over the phone nor by e-mail. We therefore ask for your patience.

We would like to update you on health and safety precautions related to the latest COVID-19 development, so you don’t need to worry when coming in for appointment:

All staff wear protective respirators and face masks .
We use hand disinfections regularly.
We continuously disinfect our premises few times a day.
We plan client’s visits as timely as possible to minimise your waiting time in order to avoid gathering of clients in the waiting rooms.

If you were in close contact with a person covid positive and you think you should be tested for coronavirus , first call and ask Hygiene department. The contacts should be solved by them. The Hygiene department should send you for covid testing

If you have signs of RTI (respiratory tract infection), please, stay at home and contact us. We will try to find out the best possibility and treatment for you.

We can prepare a sick leave (note) for you. Please, stay at home for 10 days at least.
And use common OTC medication from pharmacy. And contact us if it's not getting better (in few days).

If it is getting worse, contact us or go to hospital. In emergent situation, call 155.

We will do our best to get to every case if the situation allows it.

BE AWARE !
According to the recent guidelines (due to coronavirus) you can enter our office only with face masks.
Please, mention any respiratory tract infection signs (cough, runny nose, sorethroat) and fever or raised temperature. We make appointments to minimize the risk of infectious diseases, including coronavirus.

Frequently asked questions about COVID (valid to 7/2020)
- What to do if I met a person covid positive ? Test for covid- is it covered by insurance or should I pay?
According to the guidelines from the Ministry of health and Hygiene Department and Czech insurance companies - if you are registered here -
If you were in CLOSE contact with a person covid positive, you should be contacted by Hygiene department and told, what to do. And if it is necessary, the Hygiene department should send you for covid testing. Then we give you sick leave and send you to quarantine.

To request more detailed information, you must call the hygiene department.
