Wir geben es zu: den Shop auf eine andere Plattform umzuziehen, haben wir uns leichter vorgestellt.

Aber hej, wer wären wir, würden wir uns von all dem Technik-Kram abschrecken lassen.

Wir haben, bei allem , was wir tun immer nur unser Ziel vor Augen.

Dass der Weg dorthin ein Spaziergang wird, hat niemand gesagt. Und so nehmen wir jede Herausforderung des Lebens an und holen das raus, was maximal möglich ist:

𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗪𝗜𝗖𝗞𝗟𝗨𝗡𝗚 & 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗭

Und üben uns zuweilen auch in Geduld.
Rom wurde auch nicht über Nacht erbaut (ok - 5 Euro fürs Schwein 🤩)

Because I had some physical symptoms that not only affected my wellbeing, but also put a massive strain on my everyday life — in the most literal sense of the word.

After diving deep into the root causes (hello, perimenopause), I changed my diet and got back to regular strength training.

Many of the symptoms have actually disappeared, and I feel not only stronger, but genuinely lighter at the same time.

The weight I was carrying is gone now — and that naturally does something to you.
That is pure embodiment.

At the same time, my self-love is not tied to the number on the scale or the clothing size I wear.

That, too, is pure embodiment.

You can talk yourself into feeling strong, happy, and healthy all you want — but if you don’t truly feel it, it isn’t real.
Then you can’t embody it.
