There is a ritual in Hawaii for making peace. It is called
☀️HO'OPONO PONO☀️.
It involves saying 4 these phrases:
🌷I'm sorry. 🌷Please forgive me. 🌷I love you. 🌷Thank you.

If everyone would use it, we all would have more often peace and more joy in the heart ....
I like to use it myself, because it shows responsibility for our own share of the pie.
Sometimes it happens that we say something with good intentions, but someone feels hurt, for subconscious reasons/past traumas.
If we ask for forgiveness and explain clearly our intial INTENTIONS and THOUGHTS to the wounded person, the other person will not be left with the doubt, hate and fear about him/herself or the world.
We cannot avoid and protect everyone from having strong emotions. As humans we are emotional beings, and all emotions are part of the human experience.
You can't ride the roller coaster (life) and expect to feel NOTHING (fear, excitement, relief, laughter...).
But the more times you face those emotions, the less intense they become, because the brain gets used to what's coming and lowers the level of fear/adrenaline and cortisol in the blood.
This is called RESILIENCE.
When we avoid all strong emotions, we will always hide from the situations that can provoke them ...
I tell this, because I know perfectly well that when we have children, we try to protect them from any "traumatic" experience. I think that as parents we can control a little bit that these exposures are appropriate to the child's age. But in the long run they are inevitable, because that's life. And without those uncomfortable confrontations, we grow up but without maturing and without learning to take responsibility about our actions, thoughts and emotions... ☀️☀️☀️
When we forgive and ask for forgiveness, we heal a relationship with someone, and we heal a part of our World.

Are you feeling , , , in the actual world wide situation? I feel you. Everything is feeling so uncertain now. The ones we always looked uppon seem to be lost themselves, we with issues, we look for others to know the answer to what is best for all. Free to express and do what is for yourself? You see, One can only be as healthy and confident as the summ of all of its . So every single human counts. I ´s approach: "be yourself the change that you want to see in the world." So if you want to see more , be yourself inside. If you want to see , be yourself . If you want to see more love, be yourself love. If you want to see humans... guess what? BE yourself courageous. Now, I know that it is not always easy, because we carry emotional from our , that are in the way. One way to change it, is to act differently all the time.
