Bewegte Trauer – ein somatischer Erfahrungsraum zum Jahresausklang

Am 30.12. lade ich zu einer sinnlich geerdeten Begegnung mit der eigenen Trauer ein.

In achtsamer Bewegung und bewusster Atemarbeit erforschen wir, was losgelassen werden darf – und was noch gesehen werden will.

Gemeinsam schaffen wir Raum für Würde, Berührung und Erneuerung.

Mit Elementen aus Compassionate Inquiry nach Gabor Maté öffnet sich ein Feld, in dem Körper und Gefühl miteinander sprechen dürfen.

Ein Abend zum Atemholen, Fühlen und Wandeln – um das Alte ehrend zu verabschieden und dem Neuen still zu begegnen.

Explore current and future possibilities for integrating AI into somatic practice, and discover opportunities for ongoing collaboration and learning.

You’ll have the opportunity to discuss your progress and experiences with a compassionate group, sharing insights and support as you navigate this emerging field.

Tomorrow I have the honour to embark on a journey to the probably most overseen dignities we find ourselves in.

Once we apply consciousness to lying down, sitting, standing or the Adventure of movement and take our focus to bring in each state, the upmost joy and fascination arises - at least for me.

Im malerischen Volkspark Friedrichshain lädt der erfahrene Somatiker Florian Filtzinger zu einem besonderen Erlebnis ein: einem somatischen Spaziergang zum Thema „Wege“. Diese einzigartige Kombination aus Natur, Körperwahrnehmung und Meditation verspricht eine tiefgreifende Reise zur Selbsterfahrung. Der Spaziergang beginnt mit einer kurzen Einführung in die somatische Praxis.
