There’s something deeply comforting about a plate of chicken and rice. It’s the kind of meal that shows up in different forms —simple, filling, and endlessly adaptable.
For me, it’s the dish I turn to when I want something warm, satisfying, and easy to make without overthinking.

My diet plate includes a variety of traditional Kerala foods that provide balanced nutrition. It consists of rice as the main source of carbohydrates.

It also include dishes like molushyam, spinach thoran, and koorka upperi, which give me vitamins and minerals.

Kadala curry and kaalan provide protein and essential nutrients.

Manga chamandhi adds taste and helps in digestion. This combination makes my diet healthy and balanced.
