Karma Yoga is known as a discipline of selfless action by dedicating ones practice to something bigger, to serve a higher purpose. There are many ways to express and practice Karma Yoga, like treating people with compassion or respect each other, all creatures and nature. And also contribution. Being human. Do your bit. dedicates weekly yoga classes to a good cause and you can be part of it! Tomorrow at 7PM we meet again @ Volkspark Fhain for 60min of Hatha Yoga. Everybody is welcome to join! All donations go directly into a local good cause!
