Woman's day is special in my home since I am blessed with three incredible daughters. It's a day to appreciate our grandmothers and the steps they made so that we can be a bit more free in this crazy world. It is also a day in which we dare to look further and look beyond the horizon of gender empowerment. I wish to inspire my daughters to follow their dreams and to value their abilities. Happy Women's Day!🙌

We are back and very excited to be offering our Somatic BodyMind therapies and Wellness massage. This past year has been challenging for all of us, and Body-work is just what we all need to release tension and have a fresh start. Our Center is following the current hygiene requirements, and we are doing all that is necessary to ensure the safety of our colleagues and clients.

Was it in the bareness of winter that this bush dreamed of its fruits?
I love this time of year. Summer. Everything is blooming, and the first fruits are ripening on the trees. I feel life's vibration all around me and can taste the sweetness of nature's rewards. Never the less, I think it is essential to take into consideration that without the other season's, summer would not exist.

Touch is a mysterious and wondrous ability. When I lay my hands on my client's body, I feel like a collective intelligence turns on. My ability to empathize grows, and I can share and expand the experience of the other person. It is like a dance where the other person's body starts to speak to me and shows me what it needs to get in balance. I am so amazed by the space that we create during a bodywork session. It is a space full of sensation and wisdom.
