Unsere Geschichte
The focus in my yoga classes is physical aligned in vinyasa which means moving and breathing at the same time and to strengthen and stretch the body which leads to more flexibility and well being. Another effect through my dynamic and powerful yoga asana (postures) classes is that you are cultivating through a regular and continuous yoga practise a better and more subtle and positive connection to your body awareness. You might experience a new journey in your life.
This includes on one side that you will sense your own body in entirely new and subtle ways – and how this sense of awareness within your body effects your conscious in life, how you get healthier and how you control the fluctuation of thoughts and how you yourself think mindfully, peacefully and serene.
In my yoga classes I am teaching Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga and Hatha Vinyasa Flow.
For me personal yoga means cultivating a lifestyle in well - being, transforming life towards acting intuitive and serene with compassion and that I am living a healthier life and that I do my best to manage the day and taking on the challenges that life brings with bravery and strength.
I discovered my dedication and devotion for yoga in Sydney in Australia in my early twenties, and I have been practicing regular since then. Besides teaching Yoga, I also work as a physiotherapist, Personal Trainer and Personal Coach.
