Der BDYoga unterstützt die Bundestags-Petition Nr. 174929 von Martin Behm, um eine Gesetzesinitiative zur Sicherung der Selbstständigkeit im Bildungs- und Kulturbereich zu erreichen.

Die zentralen Forderungen der Petition sind:
• die Freiberuflichkeit zu erhalten
• die Einführung eines Kriterienkatalogs für Selbstständigkeit
• die Schnellprüfung für bereits sozialversicherte Selbstständige
• eine Sanktionsfreie Übergangszeit
• und Schutz vor Nachforderungen

Die Mitzeichnungsfrist für die Petition läuft bis zum 23. Januar 2025. Helfen Sie mit, die benötigen 30.000 Unterschriften zu erreichen. Vielen Dank.

Finally.... today is and we are excited to unite all yogis worldwide together devoting their practice to this important cause. This will be a wonderful, spirited celebration of yoga.

Our aim is that as many nations as possible come together on this project , especially countries where human rights violation is a more dominant issue and look forward to your feedback and photos as every year!
