Ever had one of those days where no matter how much coffee you drink, you just canโ€™t seem to focus?

I know I have. When work gets busy, it's easy to feel mentally drained and scattered.

One thing that really helps?

Moving your body. It sounds simple, but getting up for a quick walk, stretching at your desk, or squeezing in a short workout can make a huge difference.
