Ironically, this is the “work“.

The beauty of teaching is that it’s one of the rare moments where I slow down, tune in, and reveal my true nature.

My mentoring and trainings are sometimes hard to define, because it‘s material designed to reveal your strengths,
build self trust,
and map out how to best connect with your people.

Dear Kreuzberg sangha,

Come see me the next two Thursdays in May for my last Kreuzberg classes for a little while.

As teachers, we tout wellness and self care,
so there’s always moments where I really need to reflect,
go inward, welcome change,
and soothe the voice inside telling me to do more, be more.

Turns out I’m not invincible and can’t do it all 🫠. I have loved growing with the community, and will be back for subs for sure.

SOMETIMES YOU JUST GOTTA TOOT YOUR OWN HORN .. and sing your own praises.

I asked this year’s Uplevel teachers to send me some post-mentoring words if they wished, and the responses made me emotional, proud, and thankful for feeling like I sit in my purpose.

My work comes from a lot of love and it’s so much fun to share it.
I have one more teacher mentoring course this November 6-8 (ALIGN),
and one more retreat with some spots available , Puglia Aug 14-17th.

Teaching yoga might not be the most lucrative gig out there,
but today was one of the days where I felt so damn lucky to do this work.
Where I can show up, as is,
and move with others on our own individual path.

Sometimes students hold space for me as much as I hold space for them.

Thankful for this (meaningful) hustle.

Teaching yoga might not be the most lucrative gig out there, but today was one of those days where I felt so damn lucky to have a job where I can show up as is,
and move with others on our own individual path.

Hope in the form of
SUN (?!)
converting non-yoga friends,
creating manuals,
and mostly waitlisted classes (love seeing you all-book early).

Next summer stops :
Uckermark retreat (waitlisted) ,
200 hr YTT (last spots!),
and Puglia Italy retreat (don’t miss this one, couple of room options left).

When I mentor teachers, it’s less about imparting my beliefs or wisdom onto them.
It’s about guiding them to recognize and trust their own strengths and wisdom. And DO IT.

For me, that “IT“ is writing, and my latest Substack piece felt cathartic, overwhelming and cringey (always) to write.
