Our philosophy:

free. No contracts, but freedom: our drop-in system allows you to practice yoga whenever you want. Prices pay respect to varying financial backgrounds and they rely on the honesty of each yogi. Teachers are well-trained professionals with many years of expertise. We pay them fair wages. international. tolerant. communitarian. Our yoga teachers come from all over the world, and so do our yogis. Yoga is taught in different languages so everyone can join. family-like. We know each other. We get to know each other even better through intensive challenges, workshops and retreats. We organize charity events and support social projects in the kiez and all over the world. caring. sustainable. conscious. We care about you. But we respect your data (no profiles or check-in cards). We think the protection of the environment and sustainability are super-important. non-dogmatic. lively. You can try many different yoga styles at yellow yoga. You are your own guru. Yoga can be fun and light-hearted. pure. simple. A spot for yoga. No shop. No frills. Nothing else. experimental. different. Many classes/ courses with specific topics e.g. pranayama, yoga philosophy, meditation, body work, voice training, energy work, and movement training. What we offer:
Bright and quiet room with a warm atmosphere
Separate entrance
Shared kitchen use

Rental Times & Price:
€120 per month (incl. VAT, heating, internet) for a time-slot of 6h

Available options:
Weekday evenings: 3:30 pm – 9:30 pm
or
Weekends: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm and 3:30 pm – 9:30 pm
Daytime rates can be arranged individually.

Minimum rental period: 2 months

🌿Retreat Season is coming again!🌿

This year we are organising three 5-6 day yoga retreats at the yellow yoga forest house in beautiful Odenwald, each led by two experienced teachers, in May, July & August!

The retreat program includes a variety of yoga styles to explore – from vinyasa and ashtanga to kundalini as well as yin and restorative yoga. In addition to yoga, we offer many other wonderful activities: breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation, sound journeys and massages, sharing and singing circles, campfires, communal cooking, and hiking trips to the swimming lake!

This postnatal yoga class is designed for new mothers who wish to reconnect with their bodies after giving birth. The gentle yoga practice supports your recovery, helps your body’s natural healing process, and guides you to regain strength and a sense of grounding.

Together, we’ll mindfully strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles in a safe, structured way. We’ll also focus on supporting your back and legs to create more stability, ease, and fresh energy for everyday life with your baby. The class is thoughtfully designed and no previous yoga experience is needed. 

Your baby is warmly welcome to join you in class. Whether your little one is sleeping, feeding, observing, or exploring the room – everything is perfectly fine. The atmosphere is relaxed and understanding, allowing you to pause, care for your baby, and continue in your own rhythm whenever you’re ready.

You can start postnatal yoga from around 8 weeks after birth, alongside your recovery program or anytime afterward.

🪷📥 Help us with checking in 3 classes per week and in return receive a monthly flat rate to use at any yellow yoga studio (unlimited classes) plus discounts for our special events! 📤🪷

Ideally we are looking for Yogis who want to commit to more than 6 months. For us it's important that you feel connected to our yellow yoga community and reflect our spirit/philosophy sitting at the check-in. You will need to have your own bike to go from one studio to the other and we would need to register you officially as a minijobber, so you will need to have a permit to work in Germany (if not from EU).

What happens when we allow silence to emerge through sound?
In this ambient music sound bath, slow waves of sound and gentle frequencies unfold through analog synthesizers, creating a steady and grounding sound journey. There is nothing you need to do. Just let the body settle, the breath find its own rhythm. Let the vibrations meet you where you are. As the sounds move through the space, they also move through the nervous system, softening, opening.

This is not a concert. Not a talk. It is a deep listening ritual, a moment to slow down, to feel, to be present together.
Through layers of ambient textures and analog tones, we invite balance, clarity, and rest. Not by forcing change, but by giving space for what is already here to gently reorganize. Simply listen, and allow the sound to carry you into stillness.

Upleveling your yoga practice offers you the opportunity to explore, grow and reconnect with your body each morning, offering the chance to venture beyond your comfort zone into a growth-oriented practice. This dynamic vinyasa series combines energetic flows with workshops focusing on arm balances, enhancing strength, flexibility, and confidence.

Open to anyone with a yoga practice or strong curiosity, this series invites you to dissolve limiting beliefs and discover new possibilities. Remember, the only rules are to stay curious, playful, and to move intelligently. The human body is remarkably magical, possessing the profound ability to heal and transform. While the physical postures constitute just a portion of yoga, the asana practice allows us to learn about ourselves by reshaping our physical form and observing how the mind responds to challenges on the mat.

Sweat Body is a non-competitive Dance Aerobics practice for taking up space, radically inhabiting as much of your body as you can muster and keeping it all moving to some downright epic soundtracks.
Grace leads you through high energy routines and you follow if you choose to and leave the rest.

We practice connection, permission and agency and we do it together. The mixtape for this session is a spell to love every single centimetre of your skin and express yourself as fully as is possible. We dance as a resource for dealing with L.I.F.E. On top of the iconic Sweat Body Routine, we'll break things down into some improvisation and playshop some of the moves we use in aerobics before ending in a dance party.
