Some weeks feel full before they’ve even begun.

🌱 Creative journalling is becoming the quiet antidote — a way to slow your thinking, ease the mental load, and make something beautifully imperfect. ✨

Sunday Replenish — A Creative Pause Workshop
30 November · 10:30–13:30 · juggleHUB Berlin

A gentle, three-hour session centred on mindful creative journalling.
We’ll explore:
• 5-minute creative micro-breaks
• intuitive writing
• grounding doodles
• collage + layering
• simple print textures
• stencils, acrylic markers, watercolour washes, Brusho

Bring your journal (or make a simple map-fold book) and let colour, rhythm and play do the rest. No perfection — just space to breathe.
You’ll leave clearer, calmer and replenished, with a few creative-mindfulness practices you can weave into the week.

€55 incl. VAT
All materials, tea + biscuits provided

✨ How do you let go of the working day? ✨

I see so many passionate souls juggling the demands of work and life, feeling like they’re on a never-ending hamster wheel. If you’re feeling like you are just trying to keep it all together, you’re not alone.

Many of my clients tell me that transitioning from the busy work mode to a relaxed home space can feel impossible—especially when your office is just a few steps away. They often struggle to find that perfect ritual to signal the end of their workday, and I totally get it!

That’s why I created the **Creative Pause Club**, a self-care journalling membership designed to help you feel less stressed and spark more joy in your everyday. Restorative prompts to able to live your life with more ease, calm and clarity.

One of our go-to practices? Set a timer for just *5 minutes* and let the words flow on a blank page—no judgments, just pure expression. When you fill it up, turn the page 90 degrees and keep writing. It’s wonderfully messy and liberating, like a deep, slow exhale. You can even sneak in this practice in the morning or between meetings for a refreshing reset. I often also do this when I journal in a cafe, if my head feels cluttered. Just picking up the pen like an anchor moving across the page, my thoughts can shift, (and my shoulders relax too!)

If you’re already into free writing, I encourage you to give this twist a try! I’d love to hear how it goes for you.

And if you’re ready to reclaim your peace and manage that mental load, drop a ‘GUIDE’ in the comments for a FREE resource to transform your day with mindful breaks!

Check the link in my bio to find out about the 50% discount on the first month of the Creative Pause Club too.

Here for you 🌱☀️

**Gathering Little Treasures, for Mindful Moments of Joy ✨**

When I was a teenager, I was a Girl Guide and we had a quirky challenge: to collect as many tiny objects as we could inside a matchbox. One Friday night, we were out in our uniforms, picking up tiny bits from the park, while other teens out drinking laughed at us. That was my last scout meeting—I felt out of place, craving peer acceptance. But secretly, I loved it. Tucking away those tiny objects in a matchbox felt like carrying little miniature worlds with me.

Years later, during my Masters in live art and photography, I rediscovered that matchbox at the back of a drawer. I began creating intimate, 1-2-1 performative experiences in makeshift darkrooms, sharing my matchbox treasures and inviting people to do the same. Together, we made photograms of their pocket objects—each with its own extraordinary story. Lucky conkers, old keys, ticket stubs... Each item was a portal to a personal memory, a moment in time. The power of using art processes to connect with what it means to be human.

Now, I often still carry little boxes on trips, using them to slow down and notice the tiniest details of new places. My daughter and I once filled our boxes, imagining stories behind the lost buttons or torn paper scraps we found. These tiny treasures spark creativity, connection, and mindfulness—helping us stay curious and present.

In my monthly journalling membership the Creative Pause Club, we explore these simple moments to playfully reconnect with our joy, and keep that inner sense of everyday wonder alive. Rather than just keeping on pushing through the endless to-do list or being consumed by scrolling the daily news feed, regular creative-micro breaks of 5 minutes, helps us to replenish and manage the daily mental load better, bringing calm, creativity and clarity of mind to focus on what's important. Described as ‘Soul Nourishing,’ by one current member.

Want to try? DM me ‘TASTER’ for a prompt. There is also 50% off your first month in the club (link in bio). Let’s find joy in the overlooked together 🌟

HOW I JOURNAL // Making pages for self-discovery, trust, freedom. Going with the not knowing. Struggling. Opening up to my surroundings. Shifting perspectives.

//

“Vertrauen schafft Frieden“
Trust creates peace

nestled in the layers
Let the sunshine in.

//

Today my tea bag gave me a gift - the message “Vertrauen schafft Frieden“ to peruse whilst sipping the hand warming hot green tea.

Trust is already on my mind a lot at the moment, self - trust, boundaries around it. Trusting processes with healthcare, with others dear to me. In my sanctuary my journal I trust the processes, I’ll find a new step, a new path in colour shapes or words.

I also have another lined journal when I want to simply free write a lot more than space allows. How that one filters ideas on my mind into this diarised page to a day one. How I may journal in colour and something starts to emerge, that forms more concretely in my mind on a walk later in the day. Or in the shower. Maybe I write more about it later on. Journalling as a part of my daily life processing, of slowing down thinking and tuning into curiosity and creativity.

//

I’m reaching for a pine cone on the forest floor of the campsite. The layers like homes, connecting me to the tea bag message.

Feeling called to paint a glowing sun emerging from behind a silver glimmering cloud. The peace of warmth. Seeing the glimmers not triggers.

Reclaim Your Vivid Imagination : Making space for a mindful rebellion...

My Vision for the world is where square pegs fit in round holes, and belong. Where allowing awkward imperfection is our life goal to make us feel truly alive.

My vision for you is to let you finally listen in to that niggling itch, that person suffocating, muted under that relentless rug of expectation and gasping for air, as it was for you as a child at school, at work or at home. Or who just for a moment dares to watch the clouds and IMAGINE and BREATHE.

To tune into your intuition, to re-wild yourself and unleash that inner curious toddler, a rebel running off and daring to be seen, through speaking with your own creative voice. I see you leading your tribe to a place of great change, writing your memoir of a life lived from the depths of your unique creative soul, throwing out the rules of the self-imposed life manual.

I am here to help you mix up your very own wild and colourful palette, and open back up those screwed up ‘mistakes’ if you so feel, allowing the colour washes to softly reveal your connections, without squeezing back out the last traces of a monochrome life left in the tube.
