Fear of rejection: fearing you'll be judged, left out, or that you're not good enough.
You are actually rejecting yourself by not pursuing what you desire.

Self rejection= self sabotage.

Rejection is felt as pain, just like stubbing your toe & we often try to avoid pain.
In an effort to avoid pain, we limit ourselves to a spectrum of opportunities that could vastly improve the quality of our lives.
Someone who boldly pursues what they desire will push rejections aside. Their confidence and belief in themselves overpowers rejection because actually, if they didn't pursue the opportunity, they would be rejecting self.
Your perception creates your experience: You can choose to feel rejected. Maybe you enjoy it.
You can also choose to see the "rejection" as a movement forward in the direction you should be taking, wether that be by inspiring you to improve something, or avoiding what would've been a bad outcome.

So, stop sabotaging yourself & move boldly & confidently forward in the direction you desire. Whatever results from this is exactly what's meant to be.

Fear is holding you back, not your "lack of skills.."
You are holding yourself back: remember this when you're feeling stuck.

Stop holding yourself back. Stop rejecting yourself

Healthy habit building is work.
It’s mindful repetition until it’s autopilot.
You are in control of your reaction, your emotional state, & your perception. The outcome is up to you.

What is something you would like to change in your behaviour or actions?

If negativity is at the forefront of your existence, you are summoning this state through the repetition of the emotion.

If comfort eating is your resolution to emotions, you are affirming behaviour through repeating this pattern.
Get to the core of your problem. Understand what's triggering it.

Changes in your perception of triggers surrounding you are what will collectively alter your state. Separate from the problem. It's not yours. It exists as everything else does and needs to be acknowledged but seeing it as yours gives it power over you. Let it go.

Positive affirmations over time & improved behaviours like moments of meditation, breathing and exercise will empower you.

Other methods: Therapy, chatting to friends, meeting new people, breaking routine & challenging yourself in a physical, social, or psychological way.

Things are not lacking. 

They are only to be discovered, created, transmuted or painted over.

What colors would you use to describe  your world?

Life IS art. You are constantly creating on your canvas/ film/story and everyone has one or several.

You are art. Your body is art and so is your mind.

By taking care of your body and mind, you allow creations to flow and clarity to be found.

Improve the clarity in your mind by transmuting negative emotions to things which empower you.

Allow yourself to feel your emotions! No need to surpress. This way you can process them and release them through activities or rituals & move through the steps to grow into a better emotional state.

If you hold on to that emotion it will take place in your body and can take the form of disease , illness, or pain.

What are the things missing to complete a state of abundance in your world?
What have you overlooked or misjudged?
What does you in abundance look like?
Do you truly believe you deserve that state and what Is holding you back from that reality?
Maybe you believe you cannot do certain things because you don’t have the skill set or the experience. This is a Self limiting belief which can be self sabotaging.

What we often don’t realise is that we actually do have every bit of power to make a move. There is fear holding you back, maybe some obstacles but what else? What are the true consequences of NOT trying something ?

It’s the belief that you can not do something that inhibits momentum towards the goal or action. Belief is key: Believe that you are worthy of taking action and worthy of receiving the results of those actions.
